All items are held in stock and most orders are dispatched the same day. The photo's you see are of the actual item for sale; we don't use any stock photo's.
How quickly will I receive my order?
US ORDERS: US orders under $250 are sent via our standard free delivery which has a timeframe of 1 to 3 weeks on average. US orders over $250 are automatically upgraded to a faster free delivery service with an average delivery timeframe of up to 3 working days. US orders over $1000 will be automatically upgraded to the fastest free delivery method available with a target delivery timeframe of the next working day.
UK ORDERS: UK orders over £50 are sent via Special Delivery with a guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day. UK orders under £50 are sent Recorded Delivery which has an estimated delivery timeframe of 1 to 7 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders under $250 are sent via International signed for delivery which has an approximate delivery timeframe of 3 to 14 days depending upon the destination. International orders over $250 will be automatically upgraded to a faster free delivery method with a delivery timeframe of 3 working days. International orders over $1000 will be automatically upgraded to the fastest free delivery service with a target delivery tieframe of the next working day.

We are able to offer faster and next day delivery options worldwide however there may be an additional charge for this service if your order does not automatically qualify to receive this service free of charge. Yes, we deliver worldwide. Our standard international delivery options have timeframes of between 1 working day and 3 weeks depending upon the value of the order and the country it is being sent to. We are able to arrange next working day international delivery upon request (an additional charge may apply).

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS:
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Standard Products: You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered. If these Products have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon delivery at your own expense.
Made-To-Order Products: If you need to amend or cancel your order for Made-to-Order Products you are entitled to do so at any time up to 48 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend or cancel your order more than 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we incur in relation to your order. If you require delivery of a made to order item within 48 hours you waive the right to cancel or amend the order.
REFUND POLICY
We will be happy to refund or exchange any unused Bijouler Ltd product that is returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received it, together with proof of purchase within 28 working days of written notification of the intention to return the item. This excludes items made to order / altered to your specifications. Due to hygiene reasons, this also excludes earrings.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS / REFUNDS:
Standard Products: You can give written notification of your intention to return any unused product ordered up to 7 Working Days commencing from the day after receipt of the Products. You must provide notification of your intention to return the item by contacting us in writing within the 7 working day period and we will refund any payment that you have already made upon receipt of the returned item within 28 days in its original packaging and condition. We request that any such canceled Products are returned to us within 28 Working Days of the date of cancellation. If you return Products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you insure the item and retain some proof of postage in the event that the Products go missing, as Products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
We are unable to provide refunds unless the item is returned to us in its original condition.
Please note that we recommend that you use a delivery service which provides insurance coverage for jewelry as the jewelry will remain your legal property until we have received it.
Made-to-Order Products and items altered to your requirements (such as resized rings or altered length bracelets) cannot be returned after you have received them, unless they are defective.
COMPETITION PRIZES:
We do not accept returns of competition prizes. No refunds will be offered for competition prizes and their purchase price will be stated as $0. Competition prizes may not be exchanged. No cash alternatives are available to the prize offered. No partial refund will be given if the competition prize chosen by the winner is less than the stated value of the available prize. Bijouler Ltd Gift Vouchers won in competitions may be used in part payment for an item of greater value than the value of the gift voucher. If a gift voucher is used in part payment, only the additional payment will be eligible for a refund and not the value of the gift voucher. If an amount of money is offered as a competition prize it is to be spent on www.Bijouler.com in full or part payment for ONE single item and cannot be used to purchase multiple items. No cash alternative will be given. No change will be given if the prize chosen is less than the prize value offered.
